Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead on-site execution of mission-critical data center programs, coordinating air-side and chiller/water-side systems, overseeing commissioning and field support, and partnering with GCs, controls integrators, and OEM technicians.

The role requires 10+ years in HVAC project management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of HVAC controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC project management experience
• Strong technical understanding of air-side and chiller/water-side systems
• Experience in mission-critical/data center environments
• Working knowledge of BMS/controls and protocols (BACnet, Niagara, Modbus)

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable, repeatable execution across mission-critical HVAC programs
• Lead cross-functional teams including contractors, controls integrators, GCs, and commissioning agents
• Oversee start-up, commissioning, warranty, and field support
• Represent XNRGY at GC and project meetings; maintain site presence
