Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Center Programs (HVAC) to lead on-site execution of complex HVAC service and construction projects in a data-center environment.

You will coordinate air-side and chiller/water-side systems, oversee start-up, commissioning, IST, and field support, and work with GCs, trades, and controls integrators to ensure uptime and safety. This role requires strong leadership and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HVAC service operations or project management, ideally in data centers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with GCs, trades, and commissioning agents.
• Strong knowledge of air-side and chiller/water-side systems and controls integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable, cost-effective execution across mission-critical HVAC programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through rework, start-up, commissioning, warranty, and field support.
• Coordinate Level 3–5 commissioning and IST across projects.
• Maintain onsite presence and represent XNRGY at GC/project meetings.
• Manage safety standards (LOTO, confined space, hot work) on live data halls.
