Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a full-time HVAC Journeyman in Fargo, ND to service a wide range of commercial and industrial equipment, including rooftops, chillers, boilers and water source heat pumps. The role includes comprehensive training through in-person, online, and on-the-job programs.

You will perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance, lead apprentices, document timecards and billing, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test HVAC systems to verify functionality (rooftops, chillers, boilers, water source heat pumps).
• Repair and replace defective equipment and wiring.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, pipefitting and brazing on commercial HVAC equipment.
