Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an HVAC Helper to join our award-winning team. You will assist onsite personnel with installation of HVAC and electrical equipment, help with cleanup, and ensure equipment and supplies are properly staged.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Preferred: experience in new construction and 1+ years in the HVAC trade. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an employee-owned environment.

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Required: Valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: Experience in new construction.
• Preferred: 1+ years of HVAC trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite personnel with unloading material near installation areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping on site.
• Work in confined spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces) and at heights.
• Assist HVAC installers with trunk, return lines, branch and take-off lines; assist electricians with conduit and wiring.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
