Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician - Residential to join our award-winning team. This full-time position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, with a focus on high-quality customer service.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm, flexibility for on‑call and overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and more.

Qualifications

• Required: Relevant experience in service work.
• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Required: Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Standard Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

Position Summary

Physical Demands

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
