Job summary

The Romanoff Group is hiring an HVAC Helper to join our award-winning team in a full-time role based on our Indiana market. The role focuses on assisting onsite crews with HVAC and electrical installations, material handling, and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with preferred experience in new construction and HVAC. Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available as part of our 100% employee-owned

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED.
Required: Valid Driver's License.
Preferred: Experience in new construction
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in the HVAC Trade.

Responsibilities

Assist onsite personnel with unloading material/equipment and placing it near the area on the project where it will be staged and/or installed.
Maintain good housekeeping on site.
Work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, roofs, and crawl spaces.
Work in areas with heights.
HVAC: Assist installer with placing and securing trunk, return lines, branch, and take off lines.
Electrical: Assist Electricians with installation of conduit, Romex, mc cable, pulling wire, lighting, and lighting controls.
Additional duties as assigned.
