Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment professional for a 100% on-site role to improve HSE performance in the assigned area. You will apply in-depth HSE knowledge, manage risk, and support incident investigations to mitigate risks.

You will drive behavioral change through local implementation of ABB-wide performance programs and contribute to a strong HSE culture across the value chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5 years of HSE experience or Associates/Bachelor’s in Health/Safety Environment preferred.
• Prior experience in HSE role preferred.
• Experience with Data Analytics, Report Compiling and Excel Data Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reporting HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
• Facilitating and guiding incident investigations and sharing lessons learned.
• Providing feedback on lessons learned and best practices within and across ABB units.
• Supporting behavioral change through local implementation of performance improvement programs.
