Job summary

The HOLT Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Product Administrator under the Technology Ops umbrella. You will provide day-to-day support for the technology solutions, configure screen layouts, enter data, run reports, test changes, and train end-users on the software solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Administrators across HOLT, help define requirements for enhancements, and contribute to documentation and SOPs while maintaining data quality and user support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree +1-3 years’ experience as a functional business user or 1-2 years in IT service desk operations
• Experience collaborating with business or IT peers
• Experience working with suppliers preferred and training functional users

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes and reinforces company values; supports IT solutions within the assigned business area
• Configures screen layouts, maintains data rules and location codes, runs reports
• Toubleshoots day-to-day system issues and collaborates with vendors/IT until resolved
• Teaches end-users basics and updates SOPs and process documents
• Gathers requirements for enhancements and participates in agile projects as SME
