Job summary

The Oklahoma State University Foundation is seeking an HRIS Administrator to champion UKG and related HR technology. This on-site role in Stillwater supports employee data integrity, system configuration, and reporting for HR leadership.

You will partner with Payroll and HR teams to optimize processes, manage security, and deliver accurate UKG reports and dashboards for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of HRIS/HR technology experience preferred.
• Experience supporting UKG is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in HR data reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional administrator for UKG and related HR tech.
• Process HR data changes, onboarding, payroll, and timekeeping in UKG.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts for leadership.
• Maintain and test UKG configurations and security roles.
• Provide end-user training and support for UKG and HR tech.
