Quantum Computing Inc. in Morrisville, NC is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR practices with business goals on site.

You will serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across NC, Indiana, and Illinois, guiding employee relations, workforce planning, performance, and organizational change. You will collaborate with compensation, benefits, payroll, and recruiting teams to ensure compliant, timely, and strategic HR support, driving talent initiatives and people-focused

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience independently advising and influencing business leaders; direct people management experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and culture.
• Partner with compensation, benefits, payroll, and recruiting teams to ensure compliant HR support.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR policies.
