Job summary

DiaSorin Inc. in Cypress, CA is seeking an HR Business Partner to support North America Molecular Diagnostics industrial operations. This onsite role guides managers on performance, engagement, and HR programs, working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated HR solutions on the site.

The role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner for Molecular/LTG Operations and collaborates with COEs, Payroll, and EHS to drive engagement and culture on the Cypress site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR experience, incl. 2–3 years in HRBP or Generalist supporting operations/manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of California employment law and leave requirements.
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations and advising managers on corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned Industrial Operations client groups, building strong relationships with managers and employees across shifts.
• Provide HR consultation and coaching on performance management, development, team dynamics and engagement.
• Partner with Employee Relations and Legal on complex cases with well-documented outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, California, and local employment laws in partnership with HR Shared Services and Payroll.
• Support workforce planning, including shift staffing and headcount inputs, with site leadership.
