Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. People Partner for our Lodi, California site. You will partner with production and functional leaders to shape engagement, culture, talent development, and leadership coaching, delivering scalable HR programs on-site.

Reporting to the Director, HRBP, you will apply lean, data-driven HR practices to improve retention, safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliant governance and a positive associate experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with HR experience including partnering, organizational effectiveness and leadership advisory.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading local HR projects/change in a complex environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with production and functional leaders to build a high-performing workforce through talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.
• Drive site culture, change management, and talent initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and improve retention.
• Lead employee relations, compliance, attendance, and performance processes with policy consistency.
