Diasorin S.p.A. in Cypress, CA seeks an HR Business Partner to support Molecular Diagnostics industrial operations on site. You will advise people managers, coach on performance and engagement, and implement HR programs with cross‑functional partners.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Leadership Development to align HR strategies with business needs, ensuring compliance and driving a positive local culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with 2–3 years in HRBP/HR Generalist roles.
• Working knowledge of California employment law, wage/hour and leave rules.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and corrective action.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the HR partner for assigned Industrial Operations client groups on site.
• Coach managers on performance, development, team dynamics, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Legal on complex cases and ensure well‑documented outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, CA and local employment laws in partnership with HR Shared Services.
• Drive workforce planning, staffing, and annual performance/compensation reviews.
