Job summary

HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite HR & Talent Management Specialist in Claremont, NC. You will serve as the primary on-site talent partner, supporting onboarding, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.

Collaborate with recruiting teams, leaders, and HR partners to meet staffing goals and provide a positive employee experience. Occasional travel may be required for events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of HR, staffing, recruiting or talent management experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site talent partner for an assigned client location.
• Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Maintain records and workforce data with confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist in employee relations and workforce planning.
