Job summary

Tageos is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day HR delivery on-site in Fletcher, NC. You will partner with leadership to shape people strategies that support business objectives and growth, with a strong emphasis on analytics, workforce planning, and building a high-performance, values-led culture.

You will guide managers across workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design, while overseeing recruitment, benefits, payroll, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in HR.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Exposure to nonstop manufacturing industry and shift work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to managers across workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and company values.
• Use people analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements in workforce performance and retention.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy to support business needs and employer branding.
• Develop talent management frameworks such as succession planning and internal mobility.
• Oversee payroll in ADP to ensure accurate payroll delivery and reconciliation.
