Keystone CPA is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR and the employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, professional-services firm. Based in Reno with hybrid work options, you will manage onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR systems, benefits, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to partner with leadership, IT, and payroll vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in professional services or similar.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a growing small-to-mid sized firm.
• Strong background in onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR systems, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred; familiarity with CCH Axcess is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for day-to-day questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer HR processes within Paylocity.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire preboarding.
• Manage employee relations inquiries with confidentiality.
• Administer performance reviews and 1:1 processes.
• Oversee benefits enrollment and leave administration.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy administration.
• Maintain HR dashboards and metrics.
• Coordinate offboarding and exits.
