Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; field-based HR experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety training standards, and injury reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Extensive knowledge of HR function and department processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR representative on site, providing accessible support to employees and managers.
• Onboard all new data center hires promptly and supply necessary tools for success.
• Meet department milestones and manage budgets.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and performance issues.
• Support HR policy implementation and internal communications.
• Coordinate training and vendor services; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee OSHA logs and reporting; manage workers’ compensation cases.
• Monitor safety and work environment; assist with root-cause analysis and incident tracking.
• Support recruiting, sourcing talent, and interviewing for data centers.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
