Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for openings.
• Schedule in-person interviews and coordinate candidate feedback.
• Meet weekly with department leaders to identify hiring needs.
• Oversee pre-employment background checks, drug screens and paperwork.
• Maintain and update applicant data in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
