Regal Rexnord is expanding its Arlington, TX team and seeks a Recruiter/HR Generalist to drive talent acquisition and people processes. You will partner with site leaders to fill hourly roles, coordinate onboarding, and help shape a growing culture in a startup-like environment within a global organization.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in recruiting or HR, manufacturing exposure, and strong sourcing skills. This onsite role offers growth across TA and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Experience in manufacturing/logistics/operations preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills; proficient with ATS and Office tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions and partner with managers.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through hiring.
• Onboard, engage employees, and support culture-building initiatives.
• Track metrics, generate reports, and support workforce planning.
• Support site initiatives as the Arlington facility grows.
