Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to support the HR Manager and HRBP, executing local initiatives and regional programs. You will manage payroll, onboarding, and leave administration, ensuring accuracy with Workday and a strong customer service orientation.

Onsite work in Little Rock, AR is required. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR, recent payroll experience, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with Workday experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience preferred.
• Recent payroll experience must be highlighted on the resume.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes including onboarding, unemployment claims, leave administration, and exit interviews.
• Payroll management and processing.
• Coach and guide associates and supervisors on policy and procedures.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with staffing plans.
• Assist with and maintain the eTime system and payroll activities.
• Assist HRBP to foster inclusive culture and engagement.
• Administer programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
