Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with HR focus or equivalent experience.
• Experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute HR strategy at the location.
• Provide HR support to location leadership on day-to-day issues.
• Collaborate with HRES/Employee Relations on guidance and compliance.
• Support hiring, termination, and data changes; onboarding of new employees.
• Lead employee relations activities and investigations as needed.
• Analyze workforce trends to influence processes and programs.
