Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an HR professional to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance across one or more locations. The role requires proximity to UPS operations, handling employee concerns, onboarding/offboarding, and on-site learning facilitation.

The candidate will collaborate with operations and recruiting teams, communicate HR processes effectively, and help reduce turnover through targeted programs. Travel to UPS locations and events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel to support recruiting events/operations initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Fountain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes effective relationships between HR and Operations partners, recruiting organizations, external customers, and peers to support business goals.
• Communicates HR processes, changes, or updates to stakeholders clearly.
• Promotes organizational change and cultural transformation to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provides consultative partnership with business management through knowledge and organizational skills.
• Develops tools to organize, prioritize, delegate, and deliver HR initiatives on time.
