The J.Jill Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a key onsite HR resource at our Tilton, NH Distribution Center, partnering with associates and leaders to deliver guidance and enable a productive work environment.

Based in Quincy, MA, the HRBP supports onboarding, performance management, employee relations, communications, and HR initiatives across the Tilton facility, distribution center and accounting.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently, plan effectively and deliver results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner.

Responsabilités

• Provides advice and counsel on performance management and policy interpretation for the Tilton Facility.
• Manages onboarding activities to quickly acclimate new associates.
• Partners with DC leadership to understand staffing demands and support recruitment events.
• Conducts organizational analyses and HR analytics for management review.
• Manages recognition programs, events and engagement activities.
• Performs confidential administrative functions and maintains org charts.
• Develops and updates HR policies and procedures and communicates changes.
• Oversees unemployment claims processing for the Tilton Facility.
