Job summary

TaxRise Inc. is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to drive onboarding and maintain HR data across the employee lifecycle. You will manage Paylocity onboarding from offer to Day 1 readiness, coordinate IT access, and respond to new hire inquiries.

The role also covers data integrity, leave tracking, and offboarding activities. You will collaborate with the People Operations team to improve processes and documentation while supporting various HR initiatives in a fast-paced on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience, in a coordinator/generalist role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
• Strong onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle process knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire onboarding process in Paylocity from offer to Day 1 readiness.
• Coordinate system access with IT and track onboarding checklists.
• Serve as primary HR contact for pre-boarding questions and issues.
