YELM US Associates, LLC is seeking a Field HR Coordinator, Onboarding, to oversee caregiver onboarding for Swift Home Care and Ultimate Care. This onsite role ensures applicants become work-authorized, audit-ready employees efficiently and compliantly.

You will manage documentation, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, orientation tracking, and accurate system entry, while collaborating with Nursing and Compliance teams to resolve barriers and escalate risks when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR onboarding, compliance, or home care operations.
• Familiar with home care regulatory requirements, I-9 and E-Verify processes, and CHRC workflows.
• Experience with caregiver management systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational ability and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding from intake through eligibility to start.
• Review and verify pre-employment documentation to meet DOH, DOL, and internal policy.
• Manage I-9 and E-Verify in compliance with federal requirements.
• Track orientation eligibility and ensure records are accurately entered in systems.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Compliance teams to resolve onboarding issues and escalate risks.
