Job summary

YELM US Associates, LLC is hiring an HR Compliance Audit Coordinator to support Ultimate Care and Swift Home Care. The role focuses on caregiver document audits, regulatory compliance, and audit-ready records.

You will manage certifications, maintain digital HR files, and collaborate with HR and leadership to resolve issues. On-site in The Bronx with regular audits and policy updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or BA in HR preferred.
• 1–2 years in home care HR, credential tracking, or digital scanning.
• Experience with HR compliance tools and regulatory documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct caregiver compliance audits to ensure regulatory standards are met (DOH, HIPAA, JCAHO).
• Track and update certifications, CHRC, HHA documents, and credentials.
• Use systems like HHA Exchange, E-Verify, PaperFlow, PaperVision, and SharePoint for tracking and document management.
• Scan, digitize, upload, and categorize HR documents with proper indexing.
• Maintain and improve digital filing systems for quick retrieval and audit readiness.
