QVC Group is seeking an HR coordinator to support People programs and onboarding at our Suffolk fulfillment center. You will handle essential administrative processes, respond to benefits questions, and collaborate with People & Organization, Team Member Relations, and Talent teams to keep activities organized and responsive.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in customer service or HR, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including customer service and human resources experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; experience with an HRIS database is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate People programs and onboarding events.
• Provide administrative support, including handling benefits and leave inquiries and maintaining filings.
• Assist with events and perform clerical duties such as data entry, letters, and document creation.
