Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support onsite teams at Flower Mound, TX and Mountain Creek, TX distribution centers. You will facilitate new-hire orientations, assist payroll processing, and support core HR activities to deliver a positive employee experience.

The role requires 2–5 years in HR-related fields, familiarity with HR platforms, and strong organizational skills. Monday–Wednesday 10AM–7PM and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday, UKG or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Customer-service mindset with collaborative/adaptable style in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation.
• Assist timekeeping and payroll processing tasks.
• Support employment verifications and payroll verifications.
• Assist with recruiting processes as needed.
