Job summary

Weelborg Auto is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to support a people-first workplace from its New Ulm, MN onsite location. In this role, you will develop, implement, and administer core HR programs, with ownership across payroll and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and employment compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years HR management experience.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and compensation.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
• Develop and administer compensation and performance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data.
• Generate regular HR metrics and support audits.
• Lead learning and development reporting.
