• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Admin, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Three years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work varied hours as necessary.
• Experience with labor relations and contract negotiations is a plus.
• IPMA/SHRM certifications preferred.
