• Six years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and HR best practices.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

• Support compensation administration, position classification reviews, and market analysis.
• Assist with labor relations activities and collective bargaining.
• Coordinate workplace investigations and employee concerns.
• Partner with County leadership to build a positive, engaged workplace culture.
• Oversee employee safety initiatives, safety training, and compliance.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, reporting requirements, and personnel records.
