Southworth International Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead onsite HR at the Falmouth, ME headquarters. You will drive strategic and operational HR initiatives, partnering with site leaders and the Americas HR team to ensure compliant payroll, performance management, and workforce planning.

The role focuses on employee relations, culture development, succession planning, and change management to support growth and operational excellence across SIGI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience as an HR leader with strategic and operational remit.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as onsite HR leader and trusted people strategy partner for SIGI headquarters.
• Translate enterprise talent and HR strategies into scalable site execution.
• Lead strategic workforce planning aligning staffing models with production demand and growth.
• Shape culture and leadership development to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, risk management, and policy compliance across the site.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll administration and compliance with wage/hour regulations.
• Drive HR governance and continuous improvement in HR processes and audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and AMS HR teams.
