Cybotic System in San Jose, CA is seeking a Human Resource Manager for a direct hire, onsite role at our manufacturing site. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fields and 5–8 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance management and recruitment.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading HR in a manufacturing or multi-site environment and proficiency with HRIS and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, performance management and recruitment.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment activities and supporting rapid workforce growth.
• Previous HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience managing HR in a multi-site or global organization a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data reporting.
