Davis Machine in Euless, Texas is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations in a precision manufacturing setting. You will drive recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration while aligning people practices with business goals.

The role requires building relationships with supervisors, maintaining HRIS and payroll processes, ensuring legal compliance, and coaching leaders on HR issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience including management.
• Experience in manufacturing/aerospace/machine shop environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and applicant tracking systems.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred; Paycor experience a plus.

Responsabilidades
