Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in the Greater Nashville Area is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a high-volume, 24/7 workforce in a large distribution environment. This onsite role partners with operational leadership to drive employee relations, talent development, and HR strategy, covering engagement, recruitment, succession planning, and compliance.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of HR leadership, experience with frontline populations, and preferably Spanish

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership, HRBP, or Human Resources Manager experience.
• Experience supporting large frontline employee populations within warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments.
• Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred.
• Workday HRIS experience highly preferred.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience partnering directly with operational leadership and influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partner for a large distribution operation across shifts.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Lead workplace investigations and mitigate risk.
• Support recruitment for professional and leadership roles.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
• Lead change management and improve operations and employee experience.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence for compensation, benefits, leave, compliance, and workforce programs.
• Develop and mentor an HR Coordinator.
