• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership, HRBP, or Human Resources Manager experience.
• Experience supporting large frontline employee populations within warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments.
• Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred.
• Workday HRIS experience highly preferred.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience partnering directly with operational leadership and influencing business decisions.

Our client, a large and growing distribution and supply chain operation located 20 miles outside Nashville, TN, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a high-volume, 24/7 workforce environment. This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role partnering closely with operational leadership to drive employee relations, talent management, workforce engagement, and HR strategy across a large frontline employee population.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations and be comfortable balancing strategic HR initiatives with day‑to‑day operational support. Candidates should be prepared for a fully onsite environment and an on‑call schedule.

Duties:

• Serve as the lead HR business partner for a large distribution operation, supporting approximately 250-300 employees across multiple shifts.
• Partner closely with site leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding employee relations, investigations, performance management, corrective action, and employment law compliance.
• Lead employee relations efforts, conduct workplace investigations, and help mitigate organizational risk.
• Support recruitment efforts for professional and leadership‑level positions while partnering with recruiting resources as needed.
• Drive talent management initiatives, succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Lead change management efforts and support organizational initiatives that improve operations and employee experience.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and workforce programs.
• Manage and develop an HR Coordinator while promoting a positive, accountable, and performance‑driven culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership, HRBP, or Human Resources Manager experience.
• Experience supporting large frontline employee populations within warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments.
• Spanish‑speaking skills highly preferred.
• Workday HRIS experience highly preferred

Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Greater Nashville Area (fully onsite)
Pay: $105,000-$115,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity
Type: Direct Hire

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in a fully onsite environment and participating in a 24/7 on‑call rotation supporting operational needs. Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics populations is strongly preferred.
