Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of LOA, ADA, FMLA, and California employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for a large hourly workforce in a high-volume operation.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and workplace investigations.
• Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with managers to navigate challenging employee situations and drive consistent people practices.
• Provide guidance on LOA, ADA, FMLA, accommodations, and California employment law.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, communication, performance management, and engagement strategies.
• Maintain a consistent presence on the warehouse floor, building relationships with employees.
• Support employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
