Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HR Generalist in the US.
• Self-funded benefits experience.
• US Citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong computer skills incl. Microsoft Office and Paycom.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Benefits management, including self-funded plans and open enrollment.
• Payroll processing and troubleshooting with Paycom.
• HRIS administration and vendor coordination.
• Full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of roles.
• Independently troubleshoot HRIS issues and system improvements.
