Job summary

Independence Fire Sprinkler Company, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR needs on-site at our Lester, PA location. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership and Corporate HR, coaching managers, navigating difficult conversations, and building strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Generalist duties.
• Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related industry experience required.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll administration and HR compliance.
• SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR needs including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Administer benefits, payroll, and HR compliance programs.
• Coach managers and address workplace issues and investigations.
• Partner with senior leadership and Corporate HR on policy implementation and handbooks.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality across all HR activities.
