Job summary

Northeast Automatic Sprinkler Co., LLC is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will partner with senior leadership and Corporate HR to ensure compliant, consistent HR practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, experience in a construction environment, and the ability to coach managers through difficult conversations and performance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Construction/industrial industry experience required.
• Experience with employee relations, performance, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
• SHRM-CP/PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of union environments and collective bargaining a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coach managers on performance management and development.
• Conduct workplace investigations and guide appropriate actions.
• Maintain HRIS records, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer benefits programs and Open Enrollment; support payroll.
