Job summary

Pacor, Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support approximately 70 employees and coordinate HR activities across multiple locations. The role covers HR administration, timekeeping, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, safety training, and payroll assistance.

The position is fully onsite in Bordentown, NJ, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule. Travel to North Carolina and Georgia facilities occurs at least once per year.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in human resources, payroll, benefits, or related field.
• Intermediate Excel and HRIS skills required.
• General knowledge of HR practices and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review timecards, correct errors, and process employee changes in Paylocity.
• Maintain personnel, attendance, training, and other HR records.
• Respond to routine employee questions about policies, benefits, timekeeping, and HR procedures.
• Manage job postings, review applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with managers.
• Coordinate staffing with external agencies and manage onboarding for new hires.
• Assist with benefits and 401(k) administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support managers with employee relations concerns, investigations, and disciplinary documentation.
• Ensure company policies are applied consistently across locations.
• Maintain safety training calendars and records, and participate in 6S inspections.
