Job summary

Anderson is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations onsite in Poway, CA. The role supports compliance, payroll/HRIS, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The candidate will handle multi-state compliance, worker’s compensation, leaves, and safety programs, while maintaining strong communication with all associates and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with multi-state compliance and HR policy implementation.
• Strong communication and worker relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance across multi-state and federal laws.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, and terminations.
• Oversee Payroll/HRIS/Time capture systems and reporting.
• Administer benefits, 401k, leaves, and safety programs.
• Support associates with HR inquiries and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate events and associate communications.
