Pacor, Inc. is seeking an organized Human Resources Generalist to support about 70 employees and 25–30 temporary associates across multiple manufacturing locations.

The role covers HR administration, timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, benefits support, employee relations, and safety training, reporting to the Director of Corporate Services. Salary range is $55,000–$65,000 annually based on experience, with full benefits and growth opportunities; occasional travel to New Jersey and Georgia is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, benefits, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment requirements.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review timekeeping and payroll data; process employee changes.
• Maintain personnel, attendance, training, and HR records.
• Assist with recruitment: postings, applications, interviews, and onboarding.
