• Help deploy engagement surveys and support action planning.
• Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Develop and collaborate on leadership initiatives such as retention and change management.
• Drive HR analytics to improve turnover and workforce planning.
• Collaborate in Lean practices and know Lean methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws.
• Build trust quickly with business partners and front-line team members.
