You will serve as the primary HR contact for employees and project leadership, handling day-to-day employee relations, onboarding, compliance support, and workforce communications. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR contact for employees and project leadership.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with workforce communication, policy administration, and general employee support.
• Help manage attendance-related processes, workforce tracking, and personnel documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is completed correctly.
• Partner with project leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and field support requirements.
• Address employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with offboarding and status changes, and other HR processes as needed.
