Job summary

Circuit Check, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and benefits coordination in a hands-on, onsite role based in Maple Grove, MN. The position emphasizes policy guidance, employee relations, and HR data maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least three years of HR experience, including ADP Workforce Now proficiency, in a manufacturing environment. Local onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience.
• Experience with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt and temporary staff.
• Oversees onboarding, paperwork, system access, and policy review.
• Provides guidance on company policies and employment laws.
• Monitors performance appraisal program.
• Participates in benefits plan design meetings.
• Maintains employee records and HR data.
• Back-up for payroll processing using ADP WFN.
• Supports HR goals and SOPs.
• Collaborates with management to improve relations and retention.
