Magnum Electric Inc is seeking an onsite, bilingual HR Generalist to be the primary HR contact for a fast-paced construction project in Ellendale, North Dakota. You will support onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce tracking, and day-to-day field HR needs.

This full-time onsite role partners with project leadership to administer HR policy, maintain documentation, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding, attending to attendance processes and field HR requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience (required).
• Associate degree (required).
• English/Spanish bilingual ability required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact for employees and leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and paperwork for new hires.
• Support attendance processes, workforce tracking, and HR documentation.
• Enforce HR policies and assist with field HR activities onsite.
• Maintain accurate employee records and respond to inquiries promptly.
