Job summary

LONGi Solar is seeking an onsite HR Generalist based in Greenwood, South Carolina to provide dedicated HR and administrative support for LONGi’s international dispatched employee populations from China and Malaysia, as well as broader HR operational support for the North America Business Center.

The role will serve as the primary onsite HR contact for dispatched employees in Greenwood, handling onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HRIS data maintenance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience preferred.
• Experience supporting international assignees or multicultural workforce is strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or multinational organization preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential employee information.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin and Malay preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR contact for Greenwood, SC employees and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Coordinate the dispatched employee lifecycle: pre-arrival, onboarding, relocation and documentation, assignment changes, offboarding.
