Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt and temporary employees.
• Onboarding new hires and policy orientation.
• Guidance to employees and managers on policies and laws.
• Monitors performance appraisal program.
• Supports benefits design and payroll processing.
• Maintains employee records and HR processes.
• Investigates employee relations issues and follows up.
