The Taylor Law Firm in Douglasville, GA is seeking an HR Generalist to support full-cycle people operations across two locations. You will own the full-cycle hiring process, including writing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, processing payroll, supporting performance management, and administering benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Ability to travel between Douglasville and Marietta locations.
• Knowledgeable in Georgia labor laws with the ability to help ensure company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle hiring process, including writing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and help manage day-to-day employee relations needs.
• Mediate workplace conflicts, support internal investigations, and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Process payroll accurately and on time for employees.
• Support performance management by assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, helping set goals, and coordinating training and development.
• Administer benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Support compensation activities, including processing payroll-related items and helping with compensation-related decisions.
• Ensure compliance by staying current on labor laws and regulations, enforcing company policies, and managing employee records and documentation.
